## What is pubble
Pubble is a sit-down digital puzzle event. It is designed for local venues, company events, and fundraisers. Teams work together to solve puzzles within a shared adventure story.

Pubble focuses strictly on puzzles and socialising. It does not use general knowledge questions, and it has no music rounds. The goal is lateral thinking, teamwork, and fun.

## Brand positioning
Getting the group chat to actually meet up is a struggle. Pubble solves this social friction. It gives friends a simple, easy excuse to get together, share a drink, and enjoy some banter in person.

## How the game works
An MC runs the event using a laptop and sound system with the puzzles being projected onto a projector screen or TVs at the venue.

* Teams play five rounds of visual puzzles, memory challenges, and ciphers.
* Teams can earn up to 30 points in these standard rounds.
* Higher scores earn more clues for the final championship puzzle.
* Points earned on the final puzzle add to the team's total score. They do not overwrite it.
* The first three teams to solve the championship puzzle win the game. This means teams are never out of the game, and epic comebacks happen often.

## Target audiences and pricing
* Pubs and bars: Designed to bring a new crowd on quiet early-week nights. Subscriptions cost $350 per Pubble event. This is currently billed monthly and will soon move to fortnightly.
* Corporate events: Scalable team-building where everyone can participate. Packages start at $1750. This includes an event host but does not cover venue hire.
* Fundraisers: Easy to run with built-in mechanics to hit donation goals. Self-hosted fundraisers are free to run until November 2026, when pricing will be reviewed.
* Social groups: A fun, accessible reason to organise a meetup and enjoy each other's company while you bond over some lateral thinking.
